We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced and competitive market.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively to meet targeted goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
• Track and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor information to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the UAE market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
