Business Development Manager (ARABIC SPEAKER) - Dubai

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business clients/partners to build new pipeline for the company. The candidate will need to be coachable, adaptable and have the perseverance for a startup sales role. They should be able to think critically when making plans, rationalize their reasoning and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

• Identify client/partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Cold outreach focused on UAE, KSA and EU
• Must speak English and Arabic BOTH natively
• Must have prior sales experience in UAE market

• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years&apos prior industry related business development experience. Preferred in tech, consulting, SaaS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge gatherer and executor of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented

This role is one of the first sales positions in the company, it demands independence, rapid decision making, and a 'fail fast & fail cheap' mindset

Fully REMOTE role in UAE

Base salary + uncapped comission
