Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support agents (remote and in-office), ensuring high performance and service excellence across all shifts.
  • Monitor, track, and assess team KPIs and service metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prepare and deliver actionable reports, highlighting team performance, support trends, and improvement areas on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Serve as the point of contact between agents and management for shift-based operations and escalations.
  • Investigate and escalate critical technical issues to the appropriate department if/when required.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks on support interactions, providing coaching and performance feedback in a constructive manner alongside with QC team.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, reporting sick leave, and shift planning.
  • Collaborate with the escalation team to manage complex cases and improve first-response resolution rates.2
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
Requirements
  • 23 years of experience in a leadership role within a trading support environment (Forex, Futures, or Prop Firm). exp
  • Proven ability to lead both remote and on-site support teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms, financial products, and the fintech customer journey.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating KPIs, running team-based performance reviews, and creating strategic improvement plans.
  • Skilled in reporting tools and support platforms (Zendesk, Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, BI tools).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Based in Dubai and available to work from our offices.
