Customer Support Team Leader

Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of customer support agents (remote and in-office), ensuring high performance and service excellence across all shifts.
- Monitor, track, and assess team KPIs and service metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare and deliver actionable reports, highlighting team performance, support trends, and improvement areas on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Serve as the point of contact between agents and management for shift-based operations and escalations.
- Investigate and escalate critical technical issues to the appropriate department if/when required.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on support interactions, providing coaching and performance feedback in a constructive manner alongside with QC team.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, reporting sick leave, and shift planning.
- Collaborate with the escalation team to manage complex cases and improve first-response resolution rates.2
- Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
- 23 years of experience in a leadership role within a trading support environment (Forex, Futures, or Prop Firm). exp
- Proven ability to lead both remote and on-site support teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms, financial products, and the fintech customer journey.
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating KPIs, running team-based performance reviews, and creating strategic improvement plans.
- Skilled in reporting tools and support platforms (Zendesk, Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, BI tools).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Based in Dubai and available to work from our offices.
