Associate Architect
Job Description
Associate – Architecture
Dubai
Salary up to AED 40,000
I'm currently working with a very well respected, multi studio international architecture firm who are looking to appoint an Associate for their Dubai office.
This role is ideally suited to somebody who enjoys being heavily involved in both design and client interaction, rather than sitting purely in a management position.
The studio is looking for somebody who still enjoys the creative side of architecture, wants to stay close to projects and is comfortable leading conversations with high level clients and stakeholders.
The business has an excellent reputation internationally and works across large scale mixed use, hospitality, residential and commercial developments.
They are looking for somebody who has come from a similar environment and understands what it takes to operate at that level.
You are joining an established international business with major global backing, but the Dubai office still has a growing feel to it, meaning there is genuine room to influence projects, clients and the direction of the team locally.
The role will involve:
- Leading large scale projects from concept design through to delivery
- Managing client relationships and leading presentations
- Supporting and mentoring architectural teams
- Working closely with senior leadership on project strategy and design direction
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across complex developments
- Playing a key role in the continued growth of the Dubai office
Requirements:
- Previous experience at Associate level or a strong Senior Architect looking to step up
- Strong concept design capability
- Experience on large scale projects across mixed use, hospitality, commercial or residential sectors
- Previous experience working within a recognised international design firm
- Strong communication and client facing ability
- Middle East experience preferred but not essential
Salary up to AED 40,000 depending on experience.
