Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Boutique Sales & Inventory Associate who speaks Arabic to join our perfume boutique. This role combines excellent customer service with inventory management, ensuring a smooth operation and a luxurious experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in Arabic and other languages, providing product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the boutique’s fragrance products and brands.
• Manage inventory: receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and monitoring levels.
• Assist in merchandising and creating attractive product displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Support the store manager with reporting, stocktaking, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Working Conditions:

• Boutique environment with standard retail hours; may include weekends and holidays.
• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
