Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and convert property sales leads to achieve personal and company sales targets.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase listings and highlight unique selling points.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developments in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate landscape.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE property laws.
• Collaborate with developers, brokers, and the internal team to access and market exclusive properties.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties through online platforms and networking.
• Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, including potential ROI and property appreciation.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE real estate license.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within Abu Dhabi.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE property laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
