Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition, manage customer engagement, and ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about healthy living, experienced in sales, and skilled in managing client relationships, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable meal plans based on preferences, dietary needs, and lifestyle goals.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their journeyfrom inquiry to post-sale support.
Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and support teams to ensure timely and accurate order placement and delivery.
Manage customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and implement feedback for service improvement.
Organize and manage events, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships to boost visibility and engagement.
Use social media and online platforms to attract leads, engage customers, and support marketing campaigns.
Maintain a CRM system, update client records, and track communications and sales opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
25 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management; experience in the food, health, or wellness industry is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to close sales and hit KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.) and their use in customer engagement and sales.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask, coordinate across teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Full job, office or hybrid.
Basic compensation 3,500 AED.
Bonus based on sales from 30% of basic salary.
Visa, insurance - paid by the Company
