Join our premium workshop in Dubai as a Customer Service Advisor, where youll be the face of exceptional service for our discerning clientele. From welcoming customers at service reception to documenting concerns and coordinating with technicians, youll ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience.
Your role goes beyond reception youll take ownership of follow-ups, keep clients updated on their vehicle status, and ensure satisfaction post-service. With a focus on retention and upselling, youll identify opportunities to offer value-added services like maintenance plans, upgrades, or unnoticed essential repairs that align with customer needs.
Success in this role requires:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workshop software
