Guildhall is hiring a Technical Manager for a prestigious landscape engineering project based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of landscape project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all technical aspects of landscape construction and implementation.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Solve technical issues on-site and provide proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing landscape engineering projects, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing personality preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
