Real Estate Agent

We are looking to hire motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and business students who are eager to build a successful career in real estate.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome (Business / Management / Marketing background preferred)
• Up to 1 year of experience in real estate or client-facing roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in client dealing, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Must be currently available in Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Handle client inquiries, meetings, and property viewings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options
• Coordinate with internal teams to close deals smoothly
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings
