We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled legal professional to join our clients firm as a Senior/Partner Associate. This is a senior leadership position, requiring extensive legal expertise, proven client management skills, and the ability to contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing complex legal matters, leading teams, and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in your area(s) of specialization.
- Lead and manage high-value, complex legal cases and transactions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and securing new clients.
- Contribute to the firms strategic planning, policies, and decision-making.
- Mentor, guide, and develop junior lawyers and support staff.
- Ensure all legal work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Represent the firm at professional events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university; LLM or other advanced legal qualifications preferred.Licensing: Admitted to practice law in [relevant jurisdiction], in good standing with the bar association.
Senior Associate: Minimum 68 years of post-qualification legal experience.
Partner: Minimum 1015 years of proven legal practice, including leadership responsibilities.
Specialization: Expertise in one or more relevant practice areas (e.g., corporate law, commercial litigation, arbitration, real estate law, intellectual property).
Client Management: Proven track record in managing and retaining high-value clients.Business Development: Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand the client portfolio.
