The Group Head of People and Culture will lead the development of a high-performance, inclusive organizational culture by driving talent initiatives and implementing progressive HR strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and capabilities to achieve current and future growth objectives.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
People and Culture Strategy- Partner with leadership to design and execute a long-term People and Culture strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Develop strategic workforce plans considering future talent needs, industry trends, and expansion goals.
- Assess current workforce demographics, skills, and gaps; use data analytics to predict talent trends and plan accordingly.
- Lead recruitment strategies, succession planning, and talent development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives that drive innovation, well-being, and retention.
- Performance Management & Learning
- Establish performance frameworks and design learning programs to enhance skills and continuous improvement.
- Succession Planning & Leadership Development
- Identify critical roles, develop succession plans, and implement leadership programs to prepare future leaders.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Lead DEI initiatives to ensure equitable opportunities and foster workplace diversity.
- HRAnalytics & Reporting
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions, track HR metrics, and report progress to senior management and the Board.
Job Offer

Requirements:
- French speaking
- A proven track record in human resources leadership within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in human resources or a related field.
- Flexibility for business travel of one week per month
