- To coordinate all service requirements addressed to IRD and ensure their immediate action, aiming for the highest possible guest satisfaction.

- Works in close cooperation with the kitchen and all other key service departments.
- Standard instructions of the immediate guest care, telephone manners, up-selling.
- Ensures that under no circumstances the telephones are unattended and practice impeccable telephone manners.
- Conducts a proper handover during shift change.
- University degree or vocational in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year or more experience in a similar role or experience as a telephone operator/call center.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and up-selling skills.
- Additional language will be a plus.
