Job Description

Were looking for passionate, ambitious, and results-driven individuals to join our team in Dubai as Real Estate Agents on a commission basis. You should act as the main contact between sellers and buyers. You will also advertise properties, match clients with potential properties and represent clients while discussing sales.

About the Role:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining precise and current records of properties, clients, owners, and landlords.
• Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase exclusive listings.
• Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Actively source leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent sales, communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Strong work ethic and maintains a high level of professional organization.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused individuals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed).
