Description

As a heavy equipment maintenance supervisor, you will lead a skilled team and manage the maintenance schedule for all heavy equipment, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of heavy equipment and machinery within the royal estate.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment, implementing effective repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the maintenance department.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, repairs, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues in heavy machinery.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Prior experience in a prestigious or high-profile environment is a plus.

Benefits

Salary package is AED 5000 to AED 6000 plus free accommodation, food, toiletries, and all other benefits as per UAE labor law.
