About the Client:A health & wellness brand based in Dubai, dedicated to empowering people to focus on healthy, enjoyable lifestyle through natural food products
Job Description:- Tour around different food truck locations in Dubai for staff audit & new joiners training
- Create and execute training programs for new leaders, building decision-making and supervisory capabilities from within the team.
- Conduct frequent audits at the central kitchen to ensure prep consistency is matching brand standards
- Take full ownership of operations during events, pop-ups, and activations with a hands-on approach
Requirements:
- At least 4 yrs experience in managing kitchens – Quality and Training
- Must be doing for Staff Audit & new joiners training
- Must have driving license and own car
Salary: AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
