Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our on-site team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital content, storytelling, and social media video production, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, platform-ready content.

• Edit high-quality video content for podcasts, YouTube, social media, and branded campaigns
• Apply color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Create short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Collaborate with producers, hosts, and creative teams
• Manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times
• Maintain brand consistency and high production standards

• Proven experience in video editing and post-production (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends
• Skills in motion graphics, color correction, and audio syncing
• Excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site team environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in podcast production or YouTube content
• Familiarity with camera workflows and production pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field

• Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
• Employment will comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Visa sponsorship and work permit support may be provided where applicable
• Successful candidates must provide valid identification and documentation prior to employment

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Visa sponsorship (if applicable)
• Health insurance in line with UAE regulations
• Paid annual leave as per UAE Labour Law
