Aircraft Cabin Mechanic

Job description / Role

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of cabin systems, including inflight entertainment systems, seats, galleys, lavatories, lighting, and communication systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on cabin equipment and fixtures in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cabin systems and components, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Install and configure new cabin equipment and fixtures, including seat modifications, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to coordinate the repair or replacement of defective cabin components.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cabin Technician or in a similar role within the aviation industry.
• Required to have 2 - 3 years of experience in line or base maintenance
• Strong knowledge of aircraft cabin systems and components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and conducting repairs on cabin equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, etc.).
• Preferred someone who are currently available in the UAE for the in-person interview

Salary: AED 4,500 to 4,800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
