Job Summary:
The Automotive Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase showroom traffic, and boost sales across all automotive product lines. This role combines strategic planning, digital and traditional marketing, CRM management, and customer engagement to position the company as a market leader.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the automotive industry, consumer behavior, and digital transformation in marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend studies.
- Define target audience segments and create tailored campaigns to reach them.
- Strengthen the positioning of the company and its automotive brands in the market.
- Ensure consistency of brand image across all communication channels.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Oversee website content, online inventory listings, and lead generation platforms.
- Monitor digital analytics, conversion rates, and online reputation (reviews, ratings).
- Traditional & Offline Marketing
- Organize and manage showroom events, roadshows, and product launches.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and media outlets.
- Oversee the companys CRM system to ensure accurate customer data entry and segmentation.
- Monitor and manage customer lifecycle stages (leads, prospects, buyers, repeat customers).
- Track lead sources, conversion funnels, and follow-up efficiency.
- Implement personalized communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Provide the sales team with insights from CRM analytics to improve follow-up and closing ratios.
- Ensure integration between CRM, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
- Track marketing-driven sales performance and ROI.
- Implement customer experience programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Collect feedback through surveys, events, and social media.
- Analyze customer journeys and improve touchpoints.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign and CRM performance.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Masters is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 57 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in the automotive sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of automotive trends, product positioning, and customer behavior.
