Exciting Opportunity for Sales Manager Oil and Gas (Rotating Equipment)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the oil and gas sector, particularly in rotating equipment We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations and promoting mechanical products in the oil and gas industry, ensuring excellent client engagement and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sale of mechanical products within the oil and gas sector, focusing on rotating equipment.
• Meet customers alongside technical and commercial representatives from each overseas manufacturer to generate tender enquiries and enhance product awareness.
• Submit tailored offers to clients and process purchase orders efficiently.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the Downstream Manager to plan sales operations and set targets.
• Attend representative meetings and training sessions at the Principal office to align on marketing strategies.
• Identify, understand, and assess customer requirements before engaging with suppliers.
• Review and validate manufacturers proposals prior to client submission.
• Prepare bi-monthly product performance reports for the Principal with Area Manager's approval.
• Resolve customer concerns related to products or services in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with other Section Heads and Sales Engineers to share insights and customer requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Downstream Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the oil and gas industry, particularly in rotating equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with international suppliers and tendering processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
