Position: Oracle OBDX Technical Lead (Contract - Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Mode: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle OBDX Technical Lead with strong banking domain expertise and hands-on development experience. The candidate will lead development/customization efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development for Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) implementations and customizations
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Manage cross-border teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
Handle integration with banking product processors such as OBP, OBLM, OBVAM, Trade, Collections, Core Banking, GL, and Loans
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and DevOps practices
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of experience in banking/corporate IT
3-5 years as a Technical Lead on OBDX/FCDB projects
Strong hands-on experience in:
Java / J2EE
Oracle Banking Extensibility Toolkit
JavaScript frameworks: Knockout.js, OJET, React.js
Oracle Database
Experience with:
HTML5, CSS
SOAP, REST APIs, Microservices
JSON, XML, Messaging systems
Familiarity with:
Cloud-based and containerized environments
DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of banking and financial domain
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
Ability to handle user issues, incidents, and production support efficiently
