Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a personalized approach.
• Offer in-depth product knowledge and styling advice that aligns with each customers needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is always immaculate and on-brand.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle after-sales service.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and new arrivals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury sales is highly preferred.
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, presentable, and confident with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and across both store locations when needed.
