Strategy & Performance Management Consultant - Abu Dhabi - 6 Months Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support one of our key consulting partners in delivering strategic, operational, and performance management initiatives to end clients in UAE. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to strategy development, project delivery, performance monitoring, and organisational excellence.

This is a consultancy contract, initially for 6 months but it may be extended. Candidates who can join quickly will be prioritised.

• Support the development, alignment, and review of annual operational plans.
• Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor strategy implementation and produce progress reports for senior leadership.
• Track performance against strategic goals, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contribute to government performance reporting.
• Support performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Assist with project planning, quality assurance, and change management processes.
• Gather, verify, and analyse performance data for reporting and decision-making.
• Contribute to policy, process, and quality improvements.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and organisational readiness initiatives.

• Experience in strategy, performance management, and/or project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with quality frameworks and compliance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
