Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject area
- A minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience teaching the IB is desirable but not essential
- A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing each student's potential
- A strong understanding of best practices, current pedagogy, and technology-enhanced learning
- Proven ability to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including technology and real-world applications, to inspire a love of learning.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, using data to refine and improve teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that prepare students for a global future.
- Contribute to the school’s vibrant culture by participating in extracurricular activities and school-wide events.
- Stay abreast of educational advancements and participate in professional development opportunities.
