We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific).
  • Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis.
  • Schedule all housekeeping requirements.
  • Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams.
  • Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round.
  • Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property.
  • Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings.
  • Responding to all enquiries on International platforms.
  • Facilitate viewings with clients.
  • Track, remind and collect any due rental payments.
  • Responsible to return clients security deposits.
  • Record all bookings and client's information in our PMS system.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Driving license and car is a must.
  • Experience in Dubai is essential.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
