We're on the lookout for an experienced UI/UX Design Specialist to join our growing team at IMC International Marketing Communications in Dubai. If you're a creative thinker with a strong design portfolio and a deep understanding of human-centred design, this is your chance to make your mark in digital loyalty and rewards.
What You'll Do- Take the lead on UI/UX design across mobile and web platformsfrom concept to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into clean, modern, and user-friendly designs.
- Build wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that deliver seamless user journeys.
- Ensure brand consistency and elevate every digital touchpoint with compelling visuals.
- Create content across all channelssocial, paid, email, web, printwith creative confidence.
- Translate complex concepts into simple, stunning visuals for our B2B loyalty platforms and campaigns.
- Own and organise digital assets, brand libraries, and design systems.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of real-world work.
- A solid grasp of HCID principles, with a passion for crafting delightful, user-centric experiences.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Ps, Xd, Ae, Id, Pr, Dw).
- Comfortable with prototyping, wireframing, and creating mockups for both dev teams and stakeholders.
- Bonus points for working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Creative vision with a strong understanding of business needs and marketing objectives.
- Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, and MS Office.
