About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for anAssociate Director - Project Services,to join theArchitecture and Spatial Designteamin Jumeirah Group & Corporate.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Support cohesive brand identity by aligning design, aesthetics, and guest experience with Jumeirah's standards across all developments and renovations.
- Maintain active communication between project teams, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, brand-aligned luxury experiences.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation for projects, including OS&E and FF&E, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Guide design and planning for heart of house areas, coordinate bespoke OS&E processes, and ensure all systems meet operational needs before opening.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and compliance with specifications, and ensure signage, wayfinding, and contractor performance meet brand expectations.
- Present regular project updates to senior management, contribute to brand evolution, and support post-project reviews to identify improvements and best practices.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a significant portion of that time spent in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related hospitality field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, architectural concepts, and construction processes, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and presentation tools, supporting reporting, documentation, and visual communication needs.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in leadership with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
