Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with a strong civil engineering background and expertise in landscape modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM workflows for landscape, hardscape, softscape, and water features
Manage clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific protocols
Facilitate coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors
Ensure model accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely updates
Train and support team members on BIM tools and processes
Integrate BIM data with project scheduling and cost estimation tools (4D/5D)
Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation

Required Skills & Software

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Revizto
Strong understanding of landscape architecture
Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model management
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience in civil or landscape projects

Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
