Role Overview:
To support this growth, Legend is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Founders, someone who has worked alongside top-tier CEOs and brings that same level of operational thinking, strategic support, and executional rigor.
This is not a traditional assistant role. The Executive Assistant will serve as the Founders right hand, managing day-to-day communication, project execution, team coordination, and acting as a force multiplier across the entire business.
This role requires someone with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, strong business intuition, and the ability to operate autonomously at a high level. Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Founder Support- Act as the Founders main point of contact for inboxes, messages, and communications.
- Manage a fast-paced calendar with clear priorities and prep.
- Anticipate demands and support decision-making by staying ahead of whats needed.
- Carry out research to support key business decisions.
- Track and follow up on all projects assigned by the Founder to other team members.
- Set up tasks in Asana, assign owners, and track progress.
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain clear dashboards to track key initiatives.
- Represent the Founder in communications with internal and external contacts.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Help teams stay aligned by keeping communication clear and focused.
- Support hiring by filtering candidates and coordinating the process.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers when needed.
- Build systems and SOPs to improve how the team operates.
- Handle all information with full confidentiality and professionalism.
- 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives, founders, or entrepreneurs, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or high-growth digital businesses.
- Proven project management experience with tools such as Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, hiring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and sound business judgment.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate within 30 days.
