Contracts Manager (Pre & Post Contract) Construction & Fitout

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contracts Manager to oversee all pre and post contract activities within our luxury residential construction and fitout projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage contract negotiation, administration, and ensure compliance, contributing to successful project delivery in a high-end turnkey environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead contract negotiations and prepare contracts pre- and post-award, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and project requirements.
- Review and manage contracts related to construction and interior fitout projects, mitigating risks and resolving contractual disputes effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, legal teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and contract adherence throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor contract performance, payment schedules, and variations to maintain project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices in all contractual aspects.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract management processes and obligations.
- Support procurement processes to align contractual terms with project needs and vendor agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Construction Management, professional certifications in contract management are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction and interior fitout sector, preferably in luxury residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, contract types (FIDIC, NEC, etc.), and risk management practices.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in construction and interior turnkey projects, preferably in luxury residential development.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in contract management software, AutoCAD, PlanSwift software is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
