Overview
The purpose of this role is to successfully capture professional images shot on and off models using the best knowledge of lighting techniques for events and product shooting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Professional knowledge of lighting setup for different types of sets.
- Plan and execute photo shoots for products, events, and campaigns.
- Preparation of props and any other specifications before each shoot to ensure quality shooting.
- Maintain and work according to the shooting guideline manuals.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams on creative direction.
- Work closely with the Studio Manager to maximize the quantity of product shoots and minimize the retouching process.
- Working knowledge of one of the following software: Capture One, Lightroom.
- Liaise with the retouchers to ensure that the color, contrast, and exposure are accurate during the image editing phase.
- Organize and manage photo files and archives.
- Stay current with new lighting techniques, photography technology, and ways to make shooting more efficient.
- Shoot short videos when required (optional but preferred).
- Proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment.
- Skilled in photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to shoot in studio and on location.
