We are now looking for a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving qualified leads and brand engagement across our niche service offerings and strategic regions.
Role Overview
This position focuses on targeted lead generation and digital campaign execution aligned with Dautoms market segmentation strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tech services marketing, deep knowledge of digital platforms, and an understanding of B2B lead qualification in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Penetration- Generate high-quality B2B leads in line with Dautoms focus areas: IT Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, Permanent Placements, and Managed Services.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients from niche industries and defined geographies (e.g., BFSI, GovTech, FinTech).
- Engage decision-makers (CHROs, CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads) via email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Schedule discovery calls and set up qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns to position Dautom as a thought leader in the Middle East staffing market.
- Manage social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Create and distribute marketing materials: case studies, newsletters, event collateral, and service brochures.
- Track campaign performance and lead funnel progress using tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Mailchimp, and Sprout Social.
- Deliver regular reports and insights to the Sales & Marketing leadership on campaign ROI, lead quality, and content performance.
- Optimize website and landing page content for search and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure Dautoms messaging remains consistent and relevant.
- Stay up to date with IT staffing trends and translate them into digital initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing, preferably in a technology consulting or IT services firm.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing and outbound prospecting in the UAE/GCC market.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, Mailchimp, Canva, and content writing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor&aposs or Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
