Business Development Manager, GCC - HR Tech

Drive revenue growth across the GCC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision‑makers
- Execute a consultative sales approach, positioning certification, benchmarking, and insight‑based solutions as strategic enablers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional growth objectives
- Partner closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective lead generation and long‑term client retention
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCC
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting people practices in the region
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within HR services, consulting, HR SaaS, or professional services
- Strong understanding of HR, employer branding, people strategy, or organizational excellence topics
- Demonstrated success selling to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying environments
- Experience working across GCC markets; regional cultural awareness is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel within the GCC as required
