Corporate Sales Executive

Job Description

S&A Sports is the Middle East's premium sports academy and community management platform. We design and deliver world-class team-building experiences through sport, giving corporates in Dubai a fresh, high-energy alternative to the conventional corporate event.

The Role

From a padel tournament for 20 to a multi-sport company day for 200, you sell the concept, shape the brief, and hand over to the team to deliver.

• Prospect and build a pipeline of corporate clients across Dubai
• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed agreement
• Meet with HR, People & Culture, and senior leadership contacts to understand their team needs and pitch the right experience
• Prepare tailored proposals and present to decision-makers
• Attend networking events and corporate forums to build visibility for S&A Sports in the business community
• Track pipeline and report on activity, conversions, and revenue

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Dubai, with a track record of closing
• An existing network across Dubai's corporate community
• HR leads, office managers, executive assistants, or C-suite contacts
• Confident in professional settings
• polished, credible, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• A natural networker with strong communication and negotiation skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for sport and its power to bring people together
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
