Turkish/ Russian Speaker Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a TURKISH or RUSSIAN SPEAKER Property Consultant at ThriveState Square Real Estate.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties within Dubai&aposs vibrant real estate market and dealing with Spanish client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
• Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role
• Fluency in English and Turkish or Russian is a must
• Previous sales experience in any field
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously
