Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead pre- and post-contract procurement activities across construction and project-driven environments. The role focuses on pre-contract procurement, supplier strategy, and commercial negotiations, ensuring the timely availability of materials and services at optimal cost, quality, and compliance levels, while supporting project delivery and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
Procurement Planning & Execution- Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities aligned with project schedules and budget requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity
- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders.
Supplier Management & Sourcing :
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers in line with company standards
- Maintain and periodically review the approved supplier list
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key vendors and support supplier framework development
Commercial Negotiation & Cost Control:
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing structures, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions
- Ensure procurement decisions achieve best value while balancing cost, quality, and timelines
- Monitor market trends and support cost optimization initiatives
Contractual & Compliance Management:
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
- Review contracts and agreements prior to finalization in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and governance purposes
Quality & Risk Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and technical specialists to ensure materials and services comply with project specifications
- Identify procurement-related risks and support mitigation measures
- Monitor supplier performance and address non-conformance or delivery issues
Stakeholder Coordination :
- Liaise with project teams, engineering, finance, and site teams to align procurement with project needs
- Provide procurement updates, reports, and recommendations to management
- Support early procurement planning and supplier involvement
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare procurement reports covering cost analysis, supplier performance, and procurement status
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control
- Support system implementation and standardization initiatives
Job Requirements:
- 812 years of progressive procurement experience in construction, development, or project-driven environments
- Proven expertise in pre-contract procurement, sourcing, tendering, and supplier management
- Strong negotiation capability, including pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions
- Sound commercial judgment with the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery considerations
- Good understanding of procurement governance and compliance practices
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience across both development and contracting environments is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Reports to: CEO
