We are urgently seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to take the lead at DREAM, our iconic dinner show restaurant that redefines the dining and entertainment scene in Dubai, offering an immersive blend of upscale Mediterranean dining and world-class dinner show & live entertainment.

Known for its theatrical performances, vibrant energy, and glamorous atmosphere, DREAM delivers a one-of-a-kind nightlife dining experience in the heart of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages restaurant&aposs overall activities.
  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, staffing, and floor management
  • Monitor daily financial performance, cost controls, and P&L targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with marketing, culinary, and events teams to plan promotions and activations
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing service team
  • Develop the restaurant overall yearly plan and budget
  • Provides senior management with all necessary data and statistics relating to restaurant sales and performance, in order to assist them in their decision-making process
  • Observes compliance with Sunset Hospitality Group policies and procedures, as well as governmental laws and regulations

  • Supervises a daily check up on the smooth performance of all restaurant machinery and equipment
  • Maintains safe working conditions for employees and customers; resolves safety concerns quickly
  • Follow up on maintenance issues
  • Establishes a plan to fulfil the restaurants manpower needs, through retention of current employees, and through communicating recruiting needs to the HR Department
  • Suggests salary reviews, proposes personnel actions such as promotions and provides feedback to employees
  • Maintains discipline, recommends and administers corrective actions
  • Creates a positive atmosphere and healthy work environment
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handles guest problems and complaints
  • Meets with guests on an informal basis during meals or upon departure to obtain feedback on quality of food and beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction
  • Ensures corrective action is taken to continuously improve service results
  • Develop Action Plan following the Mystery Dinner Feedback programs to identify development and training areas for improvement
  • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Qualifications
  • BA degree in Business Administration, or Hospitality Degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, upscale & fast-paced restaurant, European/International experience will be highly preferred
  • Fluent in English language, French is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills & system oriented
  • Excellent leadership and motivation skills
  • Highly cooperative team spirit & good problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
