We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present offers to clients in a professional manner.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable options based on budget and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, prices, and legal requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation and contracts.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth transaction processes.
• Promote properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE property laws and RERA regulations is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• RERA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
