Key Responsibilities:

Central Coordination & Executive Support
  • Act as the central coordination point across regional offices / functions
  • Liaise with internal teams to track project status, priorities, and updates
  • Monitor actions, follow-ups, and key deliverables
  • Ensure alignment and prevent gaps in communication and execution
CRM & Project Tracking Ownership (Key Function)
  • Own and manage CRM and project tracking tools
  • Ensure all projects are properly logged, regularly updated, and commercially accurate
  • Develop and maintain project pipeline trackers, client tracking dashboards, and status reports
  • Proactively follow up with teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline
Monthly Reporting & Data Consolidation
  • Lead preparation of commercial monthly reports
  • Consolidate data from global offices into clear dashboard, executive summaries, and performance insights
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely submission of reports
Presentation & Executive Communication
  • Prepare high-quality management presentations, steering committee packs, and project summaries
  • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support communication with senior stakeholders
Marketing & Business Support
  • Support development of capability decks, case studies, and client-facing materials
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development teams
  • Ensure consistent messaging across projects and regions
Workflow Structuring & Efficiency
  • Build and enhance trackers, reporting systems, and internal processes
  • Drive improvements in communication, data management, and task tracking
  • Identify and reduce inefficiencies across workflows

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics or adjacent industry like heavy haul or marine industry
  • Strong understanding of all transportation modes (air, ocean, road, rail, barging, shipping, heavy haul, and rigging)
  • Good knowledge of international and domestic geography, including key cities, airports, and seaports
  • Basic understanding of commercial terms, project tracking, and reporting
  • Awareness of risk factors and ability to support risk mitigation measures
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems, tracking tools, and data dashboards
  • Ability to analyze, consolidate, and present data effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline
  • Responsibility for personal and team health and safety
