Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Dubai. Responsibilities include supporting clients in buying, selling, renting, or investing in properties, conducting market analyses, and offering tailored property solutions. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts.Agents will collaborate with property owners, developers, and buyers, staying updated on local market trends and regulations to provide expert advice.
Qualifications- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles
- Proven ability in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic real estate market
- Previous experience in Dubai's real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
