Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, supervising the marketing team, and ensuring effective promotion of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage and supervise the marketing team to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Plan and oversee digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors
• Lead marketing efforts for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Identify new market trends and business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in events or exhibitions
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
