Employment: Full Time

Job purpose

Supervising of all PPM and reactive works.

• Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps, motors, panel boards, HVAC units, chillers, BMS, etc.
• Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit, mechanical pump/motor, exhaust fan motors, and plumbing.
• Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors.
• Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site.
• Provide report to management on daily, weekly, and monthly issues for improved services and to ensure the correct services are delivered.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics.

• Good communication and coordination skills are essential.
