Digital Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Al Masaood (Automotive Division) is looking for a Digital Sales Supervisor.

The role holder is responsible to direct and supervise employees engaged in digital sales to drive the sales behavior, provide support for team train and motivate digital sales team. Assists in hiring and training employees, monitoring representative progress, and coaching them to cultivate the knowledge and skills to provide excellent service to customers and contribute to increase ROI for the business.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team is providing quality and efficient customer service to customers on day-to-day basis.
• Provides daily/monthly team performance reports.
• Allocates tasks and sets deadlines for the team members.
• Listens to team members feedback and resolves any issues or conflicts.
• Recognizes high performance and rewards accomplishments.
• Motivates team members.
• Delivers set key performance indicators
• Monitors call quality and implementing process/ agents quality improvements.
• Support in escalation issues as they may arise
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employee

• Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the company&aposs performance management process.
• Manages the team members by evaluating their performance, providing feedback on an on-going basis, identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure capability development.

To be considered in this role, you must have:

• 3 to 5 years in a call center set-up with prior supervisory experience
• Knowledge of current and best communication channels and digital marketing ecosystem
• Proven experience with loyalty programmes
• Proven ability to work independently and with others
• Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
• MS Office skills
• Professional certification (preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic language
