Vice President, FP&A Aviation Leasing & Finance Dubai
We are partnering with an international aviation leasing and finance platform to appoint a Vice President, FP&A, into a highly visible leadership role based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to partner with senior leadership, providing financial insight, strategic analysis, and decision support across a growing global business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Deliver scenario analysis and business case evaluations
- Provide insight into business performance, profitability, and key financial drivers
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Treasury, and Asset Management
- Support board reporting, strategic projects, and process improvement initiatives
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 8+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or related finance functions
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Commercially focused with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience within aviation leasing, aviation finance, asset finance, private equity, or related sectors is advantageous
- Senior leadership role with significant visibility across the business
- Exposure to strategic decision-making and high-value projects
- Broad commercial remit and opportunity to influence business performance
- Dynamic and collaborative international environment
