Job Summary:
We are a leading Automotive group in the UAE looking to drive AI adoption and digital transformation across our business operations. We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Business Analyst to support the identification, design, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across key business functions.
Role Overview
The AI Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and optimize business processes across sales, aftersales, operations, and support functions.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about AI, data, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Support identification and evaluation of AI use cases across the organization
- Assist in gathering business requirements for AI and automation initiatives
- Help translate business problems into AI/technology solutions
- Work with technical teams to support AI solution design and implementation
- Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and insights
- Assist in testing and validating AI tools and solutions before deployment
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support adoption of AI tools across departments
- Research AI trends and recommend relevant applications for the automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation
- Basic understanding of data analysis and business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in AI-driven business environments
