Hiring: Learning & Development Manager (United Arab Emirates)
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments and job functions
- Develop leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling programs
- Manage internal and external training providers and learning platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics
- Support talent development, succession planning, and career progression frameworks
- Promote a strong learning culture across the organization
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR Training roles
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Professional certifications (CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
