Real Estate Broker – Dubai | Commission-Based | European Languages

Preeminent Properties is a boutique real estate brokerage in Dubai, focused on serving high-net-worth clients across residential sales and investment. We are selectively expanding our team and looking for experienced brokers who want to work in a performance-driven, premium environment, without the noise of a large corporate agency.

This is a commission-only role. We offer one of the most competitive split structures in the market, combined with brand support, marketing tools, and a serious network.

What you'll do

Source, list, and close residential sales and rental deals across Dubai's key markets

Build and manage your own book of clients — owners, investors, and tenants

Provide clients with sharp, informed advice on pricing, market conditions, and deal structure

Operate in full compliance with RERA and internal standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

Native or fluent speaker of one of the following: Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish

Self-directed, professional, and commercially motivated
