Project Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to work for a regional Events Agency. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of events, including preparing proposals, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit proposals for new projects, including gathering supplier quotes and negotiating costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all event details are aligned.
• Supervise event production, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements.
• Conduct post-event reviews and provide feedback to improve future projects.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for each project.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Min 3+ years of experience in event project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and working with suppliers.
• Knowledge of event production and health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in English / Arabic is a plus.

AED 25 - 30,000 per month (DOE)
