Job Description
Company Overview:
Vieco Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical factory in JAFZA Dubai for the production of solid (Tablets and Capsules), Liquid (Syrups) and semi-solid (Ointments and Creams) pharmaceutical products.
Job Responsibilities:
o To perform the Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of Pharma equipments, take corrective action to minimize the down time of equipment on daily basis.
oTo ensure the safe maintenance of all the production equipments of entire plant
oTo perform the Preventive maintenance of equipments as per the cGMP norms and good engineering practices.
oTo prepare SOPs and to maintain the relevant documents of pharma equipments.
oTo assist to plan the requirement of Critical/ Non-critical spares of Pharma equipments.
oInter & intra communications with the inter departments and external service providers for the smooth functioning of plant activities.
oImpart periodic on job training to sub-ordinates & the related SOP training.
oResponsible for engineering documents (like self -inspection, change control, deviations, incidents, Quality Risk Management, etc.), Qualification & Validation activities of Pharma Equipments and engineering quality documents.
oSupervising and monitoring the technicians, installation, and commissioning of Process equipment.
oReport to senior in case of discrepancies and accordingly take corrective action.
oTo execute any other work allocated as and when required.
oTo execute the new projects and modification activities required as suggested by management.
oCo-ordination & support for the preparation of yearly PM Planners and Monthly PM Schedules.
o Co-ordination & support for the Calibration activities through approved External Agencies.
