About the Role
We are a leading construction company based in Dubai, UAE specialized in both construction (G+4) and fit out, seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy.
In this role, you will be the primary force behind identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our company as the preferred contractor of choice across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Actively prospect and generate new business leads within both the construction/ fit out sectors, including real estate developers, government entities, Project management firms and private clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects and tenders, managing the full business development cycle from initial lead through to contract award.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and grow company revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums in Dubai and across the UAE.
- Collaborate with technical and estimating teams to prepare compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations that aligns with clients needs and requirements.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience with track record of success justified by numbers as a Business Development Manager role within the construction/ fit out industry (mandatory)
Language
Fluent in English — written and spoken (mandatory)
Driving License
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of the UAE construction market, tendering processes, and key stakeholders
Skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
